Based on customer’s reviews, I’d like to say that complaints are more evident than positive comments. Complaints were more stressed on the thread tension and its front loading bobbin. What’s unfortunate about this machine is the fact that even the most experienced sewists are having a hard time figuring out the machine. The frustration they have experienced with this machine clearly shows that a proper construction of a sewing machine is highly essential. Not to mention its bobbin problems which was evident in most customers. It was described as disappointing, which makes the machine such a hit and miss. If they only had a top drop-in bobbin instead of the front loading, then it would’ve been easy peasy. So, if you’re looking to get a hassle-free machine in terms of the bobbin loading and thread tension, then this will disappoint you.
