What tips do you have for a new blogger like me?
I actually wrote out a post on blogging tips of things I learned to do and not do when starting a fashion blog...or any blog, really. I also think Jessica Quirk's blogging tips are very helpful.

Will you guest post on my blog?
I'm sorry but I just don't have time to do extra posts right now!

What kind of camera and lens do you use?
All my outfit pictures are taken with a Canon EOS Rebel T1i by my husband. We like to use this sweet little lens.

How do you find balance between blogging and the real world?
I'm still working on that.. I take my pics in the morning, go to work, come home, and then blog. My husband gets tired of it. I can tell because he gets antsy when I'm on blog mode. Scheduling posts is a big time-saver.

I'm not sure how to go about making money from my blog.. Any tips?
Yes, sir! Check out this post on my tips and tricks on making money from a fashion blog.

How did you make that skirt out of a curtain?
With this tutorial.

Do you have a clothes budget?
Not really. We actually don't have a lot of spending money because my husband's going to grad school and we're in super debt. I'm also picky so I don't buy stuff very often. So it works out...sometimes.

How do you find clothes at such low prices?
  1. Patience.
  2. I don't go shopping very often.
  3. My limit for most items (with the exception of shoes, pants, and coats) is $20 so if it's over that I won't even bother justifying it.
  4. Thrift stores are my go-to for belts and bags.
  5. I enter a lot of giveaways.... I like free stuff... Only when it's good...which it usually isn't.
What are some of your favorite places to shop at?
I love Gap, H&M, and Zara when I can afford them. But I try to frequent thrift stores to save the dough.

What is your favorite color to wear?
I love white and navy. But I've also been trying to be more adventurous and buy colorful pieces like pink!

How do you define modest dressing, and why is it important to you?
Everyone has different takes on modesty. It is subjective, really. To me, modest is covering your shoulders, no back exposure, no cleavage, no buttcrack, and covering your thighs. You won't see me in anything strapless, with spaghetti-straps, short-shorts, or short skirts. I would be very uncomfortable. I find it important because I know I respect my body and that I don't have to flaunt it to everyone to show that I have style or fashion sense. I want the world to see me as who I am, not my physical body.
