thrifted necklace - $3 (similar) | thrifted Ann Taylor blazer - $5 (similar) | Shade Clothing shirt - $17 (similar) | thrifted Old Navy jeans - $5 (similar) | two-tone oxfords c/o Wanted Shoes | Total = $30

I still got a pooch that I'm sure I'll be hiding for quite a while considering I've been eating like a teenage boy. Naturally, all I want to wear lately is loose, loose, loose tops. Since I won't be fitting into my pre-pregnancy jeans anytime soon, I went out and thrifted these boyfriend jeans...finally. I've been putting off buying pants with zippers since I've been pregnant. Now that I'm not anymore and the postpartum pounds have suddenly stopped shedding (hopefully it's just a fluke..), I decided I needed pants that didn't have a stretchy waistband. Like with maternity clothes, I just don't like the idea of spending money on clothes I'm only going to wear for a few months, fingers crossed!!! But these jeans were thrifted AND $5. I can live with that. For now.

And a picture of my boys on a walk just because.

  1. Love those jeans! I cannot for the life of me find any good boyfriend jeans when I am thrifting. You're lucky!

  5. I am with you- spending money when you are in an in between weight is annoying. I am wearing lots of loose dresses. At least my legs from the knee down are back to normal.

  6. I feel you! I just had my second baby in July. The in between stage where I wasn't pregnant anymore but still kind of looked it was the worst. Nothing fit. Someone needs to come up with a line of post pregnancy clothes.
