A Vampire Weekend

Target t-shirt - $7 (similar) | gold chain necklace via Nordstrom Rack - $5 | JCPenney orange medallion necklace - gift card via giveaway win | thrifted and shortened velvet skirt - $4 | J. Renee booties - $103 | Total = $119

I wore this to church this past week inspired by a picture I pinned a while ago. You can see it below. I loved the simplicity of the gray t-shirt with a black skirt. Velvet equals leather, right? Note to self: Need. Leather. Skirt. With the velvet and big medallion necklace, I told Chase I thought I looked a bit vampirey/Draculay. He didn't get it. Am I the only one who sees this?!? It wasn't intentional. Or maybe I watched Twilight recently. Maybe.

  3. Love how that looks on you with the booties. The medallion does give it that vampirey look, which I love. Spoken from an ex-Buffy junkie. =)

  6. I get the vampire thing, black and grey with those cool booties can be a little goth but not over the top so I love it! And yeah every girl should have a leather skirt, they are so fab!
