It's no secret that I love girly details, so doing projects like this totally make my day. Especially when my friendly, local Hobby Lobby store makes it so easy by providing the chiffon flowers already done up! This is the perfect solution for a neckline that needs to be raised only a couple inches. The project took about 30 minutes and the time is so worth it when you get something great in return...like specifically, maybe - hello - a cute dress.

This is really beautiful! Do you have any suggestion for more conservative dresses? I can't put chiffon flowers on a work dress that is too low cut... I keep thinking some kind of pleats? Non-lace lace? Any ideas?
ReplyDeleteThat's so amazingly cool, and what makes it even better is how easy it is!

I love how cute this is! I would have never thought to do that. Much cuter than just a plain tank top underneath. Thanks for the tips!

I sometimes use bandeau tops instead of camisoles- I can pin them to my bra as high or low as I want, and it doesn't put the extra bulk around my waist. Not the greatest photos, but my post shows more: http://lawyerdoll.blogspot.com/2012/09/greek-goddess-in-less-than-perfect-world.html
