I went up north a few weeks ago to visit my med student hubs. He goes to a Jewish school and surprised me with an opportunity to attend Shabbat (Jewish Sabbath) held by the school's Rabbi on campus. Problem: I didn't know what to wear, and I didn't bring a skirt. My husband did what all helpful husbands do when their wife doesn't know what to wear to an event. He Googled. This is the most formal outfit I could eek out of my tiny suitcase. Shabbat was really wonderful. I enjoyed the prayers, dinner, and message from the Rabbi and I fit in with all the other non-Jewish students in button-ups and jeans. Phew.
Oh, and has anyone else noticed the fashion blogging rage with these bubble necklaces? I caved and bought a cheap version of the
J.Crew bubble necklace. How do you wear yours? Leave a link to an outfit post with you wearing it below! I'd love to see.
Colour blocking is very on trend, love how you have put this together
