First up are the Bass Margie sandals. I have them in black. (You can see how I wore them last here.) I've had them for a couple years now. They are my most comfortable shoes next to my running sneakers so I wear them a lot for traveling and when I know we'll be doing a lot of walking. I've worn them so much the soles are riddled with holes. I actually have to buy another pair soon. You can get them at Amazon for as low as $25! Really good price for such good quality. I say buy two. And give me one. I'm a 7. Thanks.
Next are my more dressier sandals, the Naturalizer Fira. I have these in turquoise. (See how I wore them last here.) I wanted something dressier than the Bass sandals that I could wear out to dinner with my husband and still be comfortable and feel stylish in. I love the mix of a bold color, metallic, and snake skin. I think it makes it more matchable with a majority of my outfits. I'm actually wearing this right now as I am typing this. I've been wearing these sandals so much this summer, I'm getting some funky tan lines on my feet..
So, there you have it. My two favorite and most comfortable shoes. Do you have any comfy shoes to recommend to us? Please share! I'm always on the look out.
I prefer this last one, I think it's cute!

I like all of shoes so nice, I like these
ReplyDeleteanother vote for Clarks (which also has the Indigo, Artisan & Privo line). Excellent quality, and timeless and hip depending on how you style them.
ReplyDeletei haven't. i've seen them around quite a bit. i'm not sure if they have wide widths. will have to see.. yes to all! little arch support and a cushioned footbed. my rule is i should be able to walk a few hours straight without any pains and these two sandals are perfect for that.
ReplyDeleteLol glad to hear that! I also have wide feet, so Clark's are amazing for that (I own sandals from their 'Softwear' range, with cushioned footbeds)! I tend to stick to Clark's, since I'm also sick of just finding dowdy shoes lol, but I also hear good things about Aetrex, Aerosoles & Cole Haan =] I also did a quick Google search & found sandals that look pretty cute & comfy:

Tried Born or Sofft? Also, what are your criteria for comfy? A little arch support? Cushioned heel? Or fully cushioned footbed, all along the sole?
ReplyDeleteI have a pair of Merrell Women's Micca sandals in Silver Lining. I LOVE them! So comfy and cute! I live in them when it's hot. And the look a lot more stylish than the majority of Merrell shoes do. Most of their shoes look nice but very "campy" and my sense of style isn't really "campy"
ReplyDeletewill definitely look into them! :)
ReplyDeleteYou should check out Earth Spirit shoes from Planet Shoes. I have weird feet (very narrow and super high arches) and they're SOOO comfortable!
ReplyDeleteoh their name sounds familiar.. will check them out. thank you!
ReplyDeleteI have one pair of sandals that are really comfortable but I wish I had more!
ReplyDeleteWell, you are not the only one with the wide feet. Like I do have wide feet and big chuny legs as well. Oh dear! But at least I got two feet and two legs. LOL! Thanks for sharing about the sandals.
ReplyDeleteI wore my Chaco sandals for 4 summers now. I get weird tan lines too.
ReplyDeleteI found a pair of Bass like those at a thrift store once, but they weren't my size (too big). They were $3 so I tried to make them work but they looked pretty terrible so I had to let them go :( Good to know Amazon has them for a reasonable price.
ReplyDeleteSo I just looked at both of those sites. Born doesn't have wide sizes but Sofft does!!!!!!!!! Soooo excited!!!!!!!!
