I've been wearing my $1 drawstring pajama pants nonstop (last seen
here). They are SO comfy. I cry when they have to be retired into the laundry bin and then I walk around the house pantsless in mourning. It's a hard life. Anyway, before I wear my beloved pants to rags, I'm on the look-out for another pair and saw a few I wouldn't mind having in my closet. I might try the
$14 Forever 21 option first because, you know, it's the cheapest and I have no money.
What do you think of drawstring pants? Is it something you'd wear?
You should try wearing harem pants. their amazingly comfortable, it feels like your not wearing anything at all. and im sure you could find a way to be creative and make them look cute.
ReplyDeleteI want too!

If I had silk drawstring pants, they would never come off.
ReplyDeleteElaine, I almost bought drawstring pants!!! I tried some on at Old Navy but my boyfriend said "Well...they look just like pajamas." I settled for some cargo-y pants and I'll def be looking at ClothedMuch for some inspiration because you are the MASTER of all pants that are not jeans.
ReplyDeleteSo I love your blog, and I know you love Chase (your boyfriend/husband) and I had an idea for a little linky/blog activity. Here's some info: boyfriend outfit post!
but to summarize it, get Chase to do an outfit post for ClothedMuch! I'd love to see it!
I wear them to bed almost every night!!! =)
ReplyDeleteI love drawstring pants! They are so.....adjustable! Now if I could just find some i like...
ReplyDeleteI wear sweats (except to work), so I would wear these... fact is, in the summer, elastic and elaborate waist bands are hot and uncomfortable. I think JCrew had silk pants like these last year... silk and linen elevate the style to work apropriate, I think.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! I thrifted a pair recently, and now I am on a mission to find more. I might have to snag up the cheap F21 ones as well.

I am living in these pants currently. They don't have a drawstring, but they're pretty similar. They are amazing. http://www.freepeople.com/fp-one-floral-fields-wideleg-pant/_/cmCategoryID/8a61524b-907c-474c-ab37-f357c9ae11e3/?productOptionIDs=1ca9cd82-941a-40a0-a96b-a0e5fba63ab9
ReplyDeleteI don't wear these kind of pants as I have a very small behind. The butt area just sags and looks like I pooped my pants or something. It is also the reason why I don't wear sweat pants not even around the house.
ReplyDeleteTotally think all of those options would look completely adorbs on you, but I def think that you need to be petite and slender to pull off this trend. For curvier girls like me, I'd try a solid color (they look so comfy!)...but the pattern will probably be a bit busy for this booty! =) Can't wait to see what you get!

After seeing you wear them so many ways, I definitely want a pair. They look SO comfortable!

I honestly had never thought of doing this before, but you look adorable in those. Both of those Forever21 pairs may be calling my name!

They are definitely a cute option when you want to be comfortable but don't want to look sloppy. I would totally rock them! I like the floral print you posted from Forever 21.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely try them out, but I think I would go with cropped ones like the ones you already own, personally. Otherwise, they feel a bit too much like Hammer-pants, which is not okay with me. I can see myself thrifting for them though - cheap way to try a trend!

Eh, drawstring pants aren't really my style. But you look amazing in them!!
ReplyDeleteI think you def pull it off, but they can borderline looking like PJs depending on how they're styled...need a heel for sure. Maybe best worn by petites, such as yourself! :)
