I am loving these drawstring pants more and more. So much so that I've been searching for similar at the thrift store... But, the only ones that are available are the huge granny ones. You guys, this is bad... My laziness and want of comfort has led to a search for GRANNY DRAWSTRING PANTS. You can just banish me from the Internet now. My granny pants will keep me comfortable, at least. I know I can't be the only one with a comfy-lazy fashion faux-pas... Spill!! What's yours?
But, seriously.. I liked this look. (Apparently, not enough to iron/steam my pants?) And, that is all.
you are so pretty. and i love that shirt! it looks so easy breezy to wear. xo.
ReplyDeleteLove those PJ pants!

One time I wore a maxi dress for three days in a row because I was seeing different people on all three days and also I didn't want to wear pants. Dresses in general I just throw on when I'm feeling lazy....or not feeling like wearing pants. Which happens quite a lot.
ReplyDeleteA long, loose tunic with leggings. So comfortable! And it's perfect for camouflaging pms bloat (or a post baby-belly, food baby, spare tire, beer belly or pretty much any midsection trouble). Add some cute, chunky wedges and some jewelry and voila, a pulled together look that is comfy.
ReplyDeleteI have a collection of loose drawstring printed pants. They're all 1X or larger, which makes them all the more comfortable. LOVE them!
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's a faux-pas! People have been doing that whole sweatpant thing for a while, and I think that's much more obviously lazy looking than drawstring pants like these.
ReplyDeleteThe way I see it, 1) they're striped which is on trend and 2) if genie/harem pants (ew...) could ever be popular and acceptable in public, why can't these?

this is SO cute. so so cute. you look so put together- and those pants actually look perfectly classy without the stuffiness. love everything!
ReplyDeleteI think the stripes and slim cut keep those comfy pants out of granny territory! Hmm, comfy-lazy staples in my closet include foldover-waist jersey skirts and lightweight statement necklaces (perfect for dressing up that comfy tee). :)
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great, but I personally would wear the outfit with flats not heels.
ReplyDeleteLove the pants! They don't look granny-ish at all. My comfy-lazy fashion faux pas are those huge chunky sweaters that look (and feel) sort of like bathrobes!
