I loved this outfit! I wanted to look more businessy that day but didn't want to look overly dressed up. I started with a black t-shirt and my trusty skinny jeans. Then I added oxford heels and a blazer to dress it up a little. Small details like a simple chain necklace and a tiny bit of pink lipstick finished it off. It's all in the details, baby. (I...can't believe I used the word "baby" online without referring to an actual baby...or my husband..)
BTW, this t-shirt is soooo soft and comfy! I couldn't stop wearing it the first week I got it. I had to go back to Gap and get another in pink. Unfortunately, they're all sold out now... :( But their Pure Body t-shirts are as equally soft!
the (almost) monochrome is hot! definitely shows off the shapes & textures of each piece nicely. xo
ReplyDeleteIs it just me Elaine, or your style is getting edgier lately? You always look great, but I feel like lately you're experimenting with edgier, harder pieces and they look amazing on you - including this outft!

ReplyDeleteI'm seriously on the hunt for a white blazer. I can NOT find one that I like. I went to about 5 different stures on Friday and didn't see a single one that I like.

Those shoes are adorable! I've been keeping an eye out for the perfect pair of heeled oxfords, and those are the closest I've seen to what I pictured in my mind's eye.
