Recently I've been obsessing over spring trends. Florals! Neon! Pastels! Mixing Prints! I mean, seriously, check out my Pinterest boards. One look will tell you that this gal is ready for spring. Apparently, this winter has been quite merciful compared to winter in NYC last year (Snowmageddon anyone?), which I am soooo grateful for. Seriously, I uttered so many prayers when I knew we'd be moving here hoping that I would be able to survive this winter. Spring has been playing chicken and will appear and then disappear, but on this Sunday, I was glad to wake up to a bright, sunshine-y day so, naturally, I created my outfit accordingly. I was super inspired by this image of Olivia Palermo and her mix of floral and leopard during New York Fashion Week.

Guys, does this work or is it trend overload? Personally, I loved it all day long and looking at these pictures, I still love it. Will I still be donning this exact outfit a year from now? Maybe not, but that's what makes trends fun! Also, notice my new bag???? Can we talk about how long I've been drooling over this satchel from Cambridge Satchel Company? It was love at first sight and I've been trying to drop hints about this bag and then for Valentine's Day my hubby splurged and surprised me! It's such an amazing pop. It may or may not blind you if you look at it for too long - kind of like the sun, but who doesn't want to carry around some sunshine with them? Any spring trends you can't wait to wear?
