thrifted Gap shirt, $6 (similar); c/o Hot Magnets flower; Target belt (similar); thrifted and skinnied Target jeans, $8 (similar); c/o Wanted Shoes oxfords

I don't have a lot of clothes so I usually end up wearing similar outfits to what I've worn previously on the blog. This was no exception. I've worn a version of this before here. I love the preppy look to this! ..and I don't do preppy. (Or do I? I honestly don't know..) I added a hot pink belt I got for Christmas for a pop of neon and my silver oxfords for some whimsy. (They are whimsical..) I have to say I can't choose between the two looks! Which version do you like best? Let's have a vote...

  1. I vote for version number this one, because of all the fine top knottery going on.  Also you are being all cute with your smilin'.  Would you like me to analyze this further because I have a lot of homework to avoid right now...

  2. Hey, when you find something that works, why not stick with it? Isn't that what personal style is about. :)

  10. I'm not sure if I'm into preppy either, but this outfit definitely works!! Plus with thrifted finds, one can really try different type of fashion whenever and however, and it doesn't cost a fortune!! Love it!

  17. This look, most def!  Cuter hair, cuter smile, cute belt, statement shoe!  Really cute rather than just "plain preppy".

  22. I think this outfit is cute but I have to ask (since I am a new reader): how do leggings/jeggings fit into a modest wardrobe? I would think that modest clothing doesn't include skin tight pants even if your skin is totally covered.  Apologies if this has been discussed here before. I don't mean to offend, I'm just curious :)
