Gap dress I turned into a shirt, $7 (similar); JCPenney necklace ; Forever 21 pendant necklace, $5 (similar); vintage maxi skirt, $8 (similar); Old Navy boots (similar)
For this look, I was inspired by this pin. I had the neon down, no lace, but had a white skirt! Added some cowboy boots nobody was able to see and layered necklaces to add a little something extra to it. It was okay.. I didn't love it but didn't hate it either. The shoes weren't right for this outfit...nor did I like the fit of the shirt with the skirt. But that's just me being nitpicky.
This is so graceful! You look like you're 10 feet tall!
