My first pair of "expensive," "grown-up" heels. I've never spent more than $30 for heels so this was a big purchase. I saw them first on Pinterest a while ago but with a mint heel. The Nordstrom Rack I got these from didn't have the mint ones but I'm not bitter. (Maybe a little..) Kidding, these will match everything, including that clown suit I have in the back of my closet. I already love these like they are my babies. I think my husband may even be a little jealous.

Wanted Shoes also sent me a pair of silver and white oxfords. An unusual color combo and not really "me" but the real me is boring so I thought I'd spice things up a bit in my shoe collection and add some metal. Let's rock.
As new shoes come in, old ones have to go. (Curse you, tiny closet.) Watch my shop for updates!
These are absolutely beautiful Elaine! congratulations on your new shoes. These aren't my first pair, but their my favourite pair right now, the colour, the texture, the fact that I got them in Portugal - I heart them: http://natashafatah.blogspot.com/2011/12/date-with-dad-royal-blue-bright-orange.html

oh my!! love those heels! HOT HOT HOT.
ReplyDeleteLOVE those Vince Camuto heels! So pretty and they really will match everything. You gotta splurge every once in a while, or else life would get boring.
ReplyDeleteI love both pairs of shoes ! I was looking through your shop and I noticed the Seychelles heels you have are the same pair I wore when I got married ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy moment aside.. even your oxfords are badass. Sometimes it's weird how something that you don't think is you becomes your closet staple.
They were my Valentine's Day present so a splurge was definitely necessary! ;)
ReplyDeleteSeriously! I can't think of anything predictable to wear with the oxfords so I've just been "going with the flow" AKA wearing them with everything I own even if they don't match. Ha!
ReplyDeleteYour new shoes are adorable!!

I'm living vicariously through your shoe purchases right now. I don't have the dollars to spare. Luckily I have a lot of shoes that have already been purchased. :)
ReplyDeleteCUTE!
ReplyDeleteI love Nordstrom Rack SO MUCH. I found a pair of Seychelles heeled sandals there a few months ago for like, $15, and they were super super super cute, but seeing that this summer I'll likely be carrying around a baby and chasing after a toddler, they just weren't practical enough to justify buying them. Made me sad. I'll just swoon over pretty pictures of your new shoes in the meantime :)
They are both so cute! Very retro!

ReplyDeletedo the oxfords have a heel or are they flat?
ReplyDeleteThey have a little heel to them but I would consider them flats.
ReplyDeleteThose oxfords are to die for! (:

ReplyDeleteOoooo! Nice heels! & I think you can pair those oxfords with a lot of your looks.
