For this look, I was inspired by Wendy's Lookbook. Perhaps "inspired" is used too loosely here.. I outright copied her!
This fur collar was purchased at the same sample sale where I got this necklace. I don't have anything furry besides Rosie, but I can't wear her.. She's too chubby a cat. So I was so excited when I saw this fur collar I pretty much dove for it. The way some of the women at the sample sale were behaving, it seemed acceptable.

i love that collar! a friend in DC has one kind of like it and has been wearing it everywhere, i think it's so cozy-looking and perfect for winter (even if LA doesn't really have winter :)

This is so simple yet so beautiful....it's honestly one of my favourite outfits that I've seen in a while. To me, it's proof that you don't need to work too hard to put together a lovely, fashionable outfit, as long as you have a few basics in your closet. That's something that I need to remember - and act on - as well!
