thrifted dress ($5), Gap sweater ($11), thrifted belt ($1), Fitzwell flats ($75), vintage bag ($15)

Ever since I pinned this look, I've been meaning to recreate it. Buuuut, I don't like it. I felt frumpy all day :(. And my dress is too short :(. I think I'll have to take another try at it but with a skirt..

P.S. This is how I usually feel about getting my outfit pictures taken in the morning.

I was definitely not thinking frumpy. I was thinking schoolgirl though, which I'm not sure is the look you want to go for either. That last picture is awesome though!

Haha-love the last photo! I have those days-you make an outfit just to have it not live up to the image in your head :(. Oh well....you still look cute!

You are crazy.  This outfit is fantastic, and I wanted to copy it the moment I saw it.

I really like this outfit! Maybe heels instead of flats to make it feel less frumpy?

Frumpy? not at all! Loving the school girl vibe, the dress is uber cute, it might be shorter than the one on the pin but think looks nice!

I don't think the look is "frumpy" at all. Maybe try a chunkier sweater, like in the pin? ...You seriously just gave me a styling idea for my plaid KensiePretty dress. Like, I had retired it after the summer, but I might break it out really soon!

Love this! Definitely swap out the dress for something else if you're not comfortable with the length, but I like it and am looking forward to your remix. :)

I actually really like this look, but I understand the frustration of wearing something all day and not feeling good in it :(
