So Long, Farewell, Aufedersein, Adieu by Kari

Well, my hubby and I have said goodbye to L.A. and to our dear friends there.  It's an exciting time for us, but it has been bittersweet.  AND stressful!  Follow me on Twitter if you want to hear how we're making our way across the country.  Did I mention we're driving?  Oh yeah, so far my experience has included styling my hair in a gas station bathroom with hand dryers and that's just day 1.  Classy!  Elaine took these pics of me on my last Sunday at our ward. I wanted to go out with a bang so I busted out my new-ish Pierre Hardy for Gap pointed heels that I've been dying to wear.  I found these guys at the Gap one day on super sale + an additional percentage off so I figured I should probably get 2 pairs in 2 different colorways. Seemed like a must!

Elaine has been so good to me about taking my pictures and allowing me to share some photos  with you guys.  I plan on posting from NYC but please forgive me over the next couple of weeks as we move and get settled.  Can't wait to share layered fall outfits!!
