Double your cardigans.
To ease into wearing two cardigans, start with a light base cardigan. The second cardigan can be thicker so you can consider it as a jacket instead of doubling cardigans. Genius, right? (Confession: I almost spelled that with a "J." What a looser!)
Pull your socks over your knees.
I had to get rid of my brown boots because they were so worn out. Looks like I need to go shopping soon! Anyway, you can do this trend with skinny jeans, leggings, or even tights!
Colored tights FTW!
One of my favorite ways to add color to a dreary cold day is with TIGHTS! I'm still getting the hang of it because I've only worn my pink and green tights twice in the two years I've had them so I need to get on it...
What are some tips do you have for surviving the winter (no matter how cold it is)??

layer layer layer. Because people in Texas like to BUMP the heat, meaning you have to take off your extra cardy.
