Color Blocking Madness!

Friday, October 07, 2011
I am all over color this season. The more the better! I've tried out the color blocking trend and I have to say that it's been a favorite of mine. I'm not much of a fun, colorful person. (Sad, I know, but it's the truth.. Ask Chase.) But this trend I can totally get behind! It's a great way to step out of your comfort zone without going too overboard especially when you keep the rest of your outfit simple. See my favorite ways to color block over at How Does She!

  1. I guess technically I'm not what would be considered a color person either.  But really, white (shirts) is a color and so are blue and gray (pants) and black (belts and shoes).  Of course, at the moment I'm wearing a brown shirt with white tropical flowers on it--it's my dress-down Friday farewell to summer.

I'm a bad judge, you always seemed pretty colorful to me. =)

  13. Love all of these outfits, but especially the magenta shoes, yellows, and light blue scarf.  I never would have thought of that.  (Plus, I do not look good in mustard!)  I wore my new raspberry denim pants yesterday with a blue gingham shirt.  It was also a rainy day, so I pulled on my colorful rainboots.  I felt a bit like a clown.  ;)
