Pop Pop

I've been wanting a gingham shirt ever since EBEW was born. But I couldn't participate then because there was a void in my closet that has now been filled nine months later when I thrifted this shirt. Now my life is complete. Linda, Liz, is it too late to participate??

And, yes, I did pop my collar here...INTENTIONALLY. Does this mean I'm officially kicked out of the fashion blogging clique now? Was I even in this said clique?? What year is this again??

I'm wearing a thrifted Gap shirt ($6), secondhand Calvin Klein belt ($3), vintage skirt ($6), and JCPenney pumps (free).

  3. I too was ginghamless for EBEW that time, and then thrifted one earlier this summer. Gingham is just the perfect summer print, and it totally makes me smile!

  6. i love this combo and the gingham! and i realized that the mint green skirt i bought is incredibly similar to this (i must have been unconsciously inspired by you). i never would have thought of pairing it with purple but it is a FANTASTIC color combo!

People who pop their collars usually bug me, but I actually really really REALLY like it here! I have been looking for a ginham blouse too! Take me thrifting in LA one day? They just look so sweet with just about anything. I am loving all the soft and bright colors in this outfit :) You look so gorgeous and put together as always Elaine!
