Chase and I had to run a few errands that day and so I rolled out of bed like this, naturally! Kidding. It was a Saturday and I wanted to be as comfortable as I could while we were checking out our NEW APARTMENT!!! We are moving this weekend!!! ..and we still need to pack. I figure since it's three blocks away I can procrastinate as long as I can. Is that how it works?
I donned my church pajamas as Kari called them because I forgot to shave my legs. Okay! I didn't shave them for a week...possibly two. But that's not important. Jeans were out of the question - it was too hot...like 80 degrees! So I wore my church pajamas with denim on top! I'm still in my knot-tying phase as you can see. Don't worry.. I only have one more button-up so you'll have to see this at least five more times. What do you guys wear when you "forget" to shave your legs?
I'm wearing H&M sunnies ($1), thrifted Gap shirt ($4), Forever 21 necklace ($3), refashioned Forever 21 maxi skirt ($5), Walmart sandals ($10), and vintage bag ($15).

Cotton pants or capri pants are my savior when I have forgotten to de- fuzz. I figure no one will be looking at my hairy ankles :)

I usually wear stockings (if the weather is appropriate for it), leggins or maxis when my legs aren't smooth and buttery lol. You look great! :)
I'm so jealous of your sexy long skirt. Oh, and your rockin bod always helps the look! Being almost 6 feet tall, I'm not sure where to even shop for a skirt that would be long enough to brush the floor while I'm wearing heels! You work it, lady!
If I "forget" to shave my legs for a week or two, I usually wear jeans or leggings, or long skirts in the summer, and all that or tights in the winter.

I wear skirts anyway (including today and my legs are so fuzzy...it's been like a week). I've learned that life's too short for me to worry about people who worry about me having unshaved legs!
i actually PLAN my shaving with what I'm wearing...right now I've got on my actual PJ's hahaha {yoga pants} so no shaving for me! :)

i wore my maxi this week too because I hadn't shaved & was tired of jeans. It was sort of fail because it felt like the dress kept clinging to spiky hairs!!! I proceeded to shave that night!
When it's cooler out I wear tights, but during the summer I wear leggings or jeans cuffed - I'm totally guilty of shaving just the section that shows :)

Haha I wear maxis too! Sometimes I'm in such a rush that throwing on a maxi dress is the best option, funny thing is that everyone thinks I look so chic and I'm like "if they only knew" , love the denim shirt!

I wear footless tights when I don't want to shave. All the maxi shirts and dresses I see popping up with fashion bloggers, I'm thinking I just might look into one for no shave days/weeks/months...

When I don't feel like shaving, I usually go for a maxi dress, good ol' fashioned jeans, or I just add thick colored tights to my ensemble.

Once winter hits here in Flagstaff and it starts to snow, I almost never shave my legs because of maxi skirts, maxi dresses, jeans and when I can get away with it, thick tights. (Wow, I feel so gross now, haha. At least my husband still loves me? Plus, I live in a "hippy" town, so I can get away with it regardless.)
On a different note, I love your hair! You are gorgeous!
I still think this look lovely, no matter the reason you wore it heh. It's long and sleek and cool and crisp. Awesomeness. I actually don't worry too much about not shaving my legs, my leg hair is nearly-transparent-blonde so unless someone has their face pressed up to my leg (and why would they? weird) or are actually touching my legs (woa personal space), they probably won't notice.
Also, on the subject of knotting your shirts... I tried it with one of mine this weekend and loved what it did to the shirt. And then I realized I had nothing high-waisted enough to wear underneath it and make it acceptable ie not showing my belly to the world. And now I'm realizing I could have just worn a dress underneath it... silly me...
