This is what I wore yesterday. Am I confusing you yet? So far most of my outfits were from the day before and I don't have enough time or energy to write two outfit posts in one day. I'm not superwoman.

This outfit was inspired by one of my pins from Pinterest...again! I love that site! I really liked this outfit because I hardly wear my skirts at my hips anymore. They're always at my waist now. It was a nice change...until I ate lunch and then I hiked it back up.

I'm wearing a secondhand blue scarf ($3), H&M white shirt ($10), handmade green skirt from a curtain ($2), and JCPenney berry heels (free with gift cards) with an MNG by Mango black bag (free with gift cards).

  4. How have I been missing those shoes? Maybe they just needed that outfit. Maybe they just needed pinterest.

Anyway, I'm not so down on the scarf, but I'm really into this outfit otherwise. Good job, and really, who cares if you're late. You wear cute clothes and we get to see them. Everyone wins.

Those shoes are so striking, the colour is stunning. As for your skirt - it fits you like a glove and the pattern is so cool....

  21. Haha, I totally agree - I put something on in the AM thinking my belly is looking quite tiny, and as the day goes on I want more layers or a higher skirt. This looks great on you!

  22. Oh, your shoes and scarf are so perfect for this relatively simple outfit. The shoes look especially awesome in the photo where you're walking. And honestly, I can't even remember the last time I wore a skirt at my hips. Funny how times change, isn't it?

  23. I love the pop of blue and violet against the neutrals. And Scarlett! I love the fact that you made your skirt out of a curtain.

So fill me in, how do you get cool enough to get a pinterest account? I'm a little confused how the "request an invite" thing works.
