I love men's clothes. If you've been reading my blog long enough, you know that's not a secret. I just love loose, baggy clothes no matter how bad it looks on a petite Asian like me. It's great that my husband's skinny mickey. (He doesn't like it when I call him skinny minnie.) I can steal clothes from him and it looks almost good on me...like this chambray shirt.

Now onto the hair... I remembered this post from Ashley a while ago and couldn't stop thinking about it since! I HAD to try the Hello Kitty bow. Got this in like five hours. I hope I can do it again.

Last night Chase and I met up with Brandilyn and her husband and we went out for Korean BBQ - OF COURSE! ...the same place I chipped my tooth. (They are all intact.) Funny story....I actually knew Brandilyn's husband from my BYU-I days!! They're seriously the cutest couple! ..after me and Chase. It was so nice to finally meet her! Now I don't feel as creepy when I look at her blog 239874 times a day.

I'm wearing a leopard print scarf ($7 - buy similar!), thrifted boy's black blazer ($3), my husband's H&M blue shirt ($10), J Brand jeans ($158 - buy it!), and JCPenney white flats (free with gift cards - buy it!) with a MNG by Mango black bag (free with gift cards).

  1. Your bow is amazing! It must have taken some serious skill - I don't think I could ever tackle that...
And I love your outfit today. It's great being able to steal clothes from the boyfriend/husband. Your closet grows significantly without having to spend any money!

  4. i like the huge hunks of meat depicted on the wall behind us...i think it's symbolic of how very much food i consumed last night. and dave and i really are second in cuteness only to you and chase. i hope our paths cross again soon! my dad lives like 20 min from you guys so anytime we go visit him...you'd better believe we're getting korean bbq.

  5. This is a compilation of a lot of scattered thoughts: I loved this hairstyle when Sarah did it and I love this hairstyle on you. I'm so jealous that you can steal your husbands clothes and they actually fit you! Those flats look fabulous. You have single handedly turned me onto jcpenney's. They have way cute clothes there! I had no idea.

  19. I'm a sucker for men's clothes too. This one time in H&M I tried on about 10 different men's button ups. The sales people were seriously confused and would just keep walking by me over and over again. Who says a little bagginess isn't in style?

  27. I'm starting to wonder if you have a cold weather clothing complex....*GRIN*
Naw, I'm just jealous cause I have about 6" of new snow on the ground...*sigh* oh for the days of carefree flip flops and spring skirts...
I love your scarf! I have a question for you:
are you shy at all? I was just wondering what exactly you talk to the fellow bloggers about? I'm having a 'meet up' of sorts hopefully, I'm just wondering if its reallly awkward?
    Silly question, I know! Sorry!

  33. I've done this hairdo a couple times myself but I'm still not sure whether I like it or not. Yes, it's adorable, but it also makes anyone look like ten years younger (isn't that some tv-series or something? haha). Maybe I'll start wearing my hair like that when I'm in my 50s, so that I look 40-years old. ;)

I couldn't tell you were wearing Chase's shirt until the last picture, but I think thats only because your hand was in your pocket. Weird, I know but I still love it with the scarf!
