Le Mode sent me this bag as another fashion blogger chain project! It is the Traveling Paths Bag. Next I am handing it off to Mara! So check out her blog in a few days. I guess you can now if you want to..

I really liked this bag. I'm kind of sad that I have to send it off! It reminds me of my tan bag from Korea I've been using for my gym things but it's prettier. I love the weaving details on the front! I also love that it's big. It would be perfect for weekends away, flights, and it can even be used as a diaper bag if you're a cool mom. If you're not, then it's probably not for you.

If this thing came with straps, it would've been a winner. Update: It does! Le Mode just forgot to put it in with the bag when they sent it to me! Also, the handles are flat and not rounded so when you pick it up, it bends. I like to hook my bags on my arms (see above) so it dug into my skin. I have weak arm veins so it hurt. (I sold plasma for a year.)

Also, a special shout-out to Liana of Fashion Bag 411 and Beauty Bag 411! She very generously sent me a bunch of clothes! This blazer was my favorite. I haven't worn it until now because I've been meaning to pair it with this Love Stitch blouse but I kept pairing it with other stuff and I didn't want to overwear it but I think it's too late now. Thank you so much, Liana!!!! Fun fact: Chase and Liana (and her twin sister) grew up in the same town!!!

I'm wearing a Forever 21 blazer (from Liana), Love Stitch blouse ($4), Anthropologie necklace (free with gift cards), DownEast Basics shirt (gift from my mother-in-law - buy it!), J Brand jeans ($158 - buy it!), and JCPenney heels (free with gift cards) with the Traveling Paths Handbag (c/o Le Mode Accessories).

i love your outfit, you fox! and that bad is darling, but one that big most definitely needs a long strap!
ReplyDeleteThat bag is the exact color I'm looking for, between tan and cognac... Looking at your jacket just reminded me I own a very similar one, gotta dig into those piles, and buy pink shoes, those are cute cute!
