It was Chase's first day of school today. Hasn't it been nice having my pictures well-lit (kind-of) and taken outside?? If enough people vote for it, maybe he'll quit school and become my photographer full-time...and my chauffeur so I can surf the internet while stuck in one-hour traffic to go to work that's ten miles away. Today's outfit was centered around my pants. After talking about white t-shirts on Friday I got an itch to wear a white shirt today. It may not be a t-shirt but it's white with a looser fit so it's basically the same thing. I went matchy-matchy with my belt and shoes but added a gold necklace! So wild, I know. I wasn't sure if I'd like the blazer hiding my hipaliciousness (new word, I claim it) but 60degrees is too cold for me not to consider another layer. (Jealous?)

If you can believe it... This necklace is the same one I wore here! Seriously, do I NOT look like I'm 12 there?? I'm totally prettier now. So I made the most amazing discovery last night.... I can double this necklace. I haven't worn this necklace in months because it is at a weird length but I love it now. I can't believe I didn't figure this out before! I'm so stupid! And by stupid I mean awesome for having figured it out.

I'm wearing a thrifted blazer ($3), gold necklace ($5), J.Crew Outlet shirt (gift from my mom), Anthropologie pants (free with gift cards), Old Navy belt ($10), and Target clogs (gift from my in-laws).

  2. Lol! I can totally see the man crotch pants you talked about earlier in the very last picture! But I still love this outfit other wise. If only we can have clothes fit the way we want it to.
