Yesterday Chase and I did stuff...which is a big deal because we're boring. Chase took me shopping because I've been complaining to him (and you guys) about how much I hated my clothes. (I bought pants.) On the way we spotted the famous Kogi foodtruck so we had to pull over. It was DELICIOUS. We've had Korean tacos before but these are the real deal.

This is me tweeting.
This is how I look when I eat. I'm so pretty.
Later that night we met up with Heather and Kael. Heather is one of my readers! I saw that she was in L.A. and we set up a blind date. It was sushi so we're pretty much best friends now. We ended the night playing at the arcade and Chase beat me at air hockey so it wasn't that much fun. Fun fact: this cute couple are in a BAND. Chase and I listened to some of their music last night and they're pretty much amazing. They've been compared to the sounds of The Postal Service. I am officially one of their groupies.

I'm wearing a Collection B jacket ($55), Gap shirt ($12), secondhand BDG jeans ($17), flats from the Philippines ($7), and JCPenney necklace (free with gift cards) before it broke, stupid cheap necklace. This outfit looks a lot like this one...but better.

Okay, next time you are in Sacramento, hubs and I want a date with you and yours. I'll even get a babysitter. :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like lots of fun! If I'm ever in L.A. can I hang out with you? ;)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a blast! I've been trying truck food lately. I was apprehensive, but it's usually pretty good. You look gorgeous, as always.

Korean tacos? Sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteAnd I agree that the outfit 2.0 version is better than the first. i prefer the no-belt tuck in. But let's be honest, both outfits are great. Do you ever have a bad outfit? Doubt it.

Well, at least it wasn't an expensive necklace that broke. That's the only silver lining I can find. I love sushi, too, so I'm pretty sure we're on our way to being best friends. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Mexican street tacos, I've never seen Korean tacos. Those look delicious.

Oh I love the classic Gap look with the crisp white shirt and jeans. You are so photogenic, grrr. . . hehe xxx
ReplyDeleteYour tacos look delicious. As does your necklace. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThose tacos look delicious and I'm jealous. We don't have anything that's the real deal over here in Little Town, Georgia but fried fatness and bar food. No good Italian, no real Mexican, no Korean, etc. We do have a really weird Thai place, though. That doesn't count.
