As you guys know, I LOVE sequins. I have two pairs of sequin flats and a blazer. Okay...so I'm still working on my sequin collection. I found a few or 18 magical sequiny things that I wouldn't mind having in my closet. I'm still looking for a pair of perfect cropped sequin pants. Chase said if I get anymore, I'll be known as the "Sequin Girl". I think that's too late...now. Sooo...what do you think? Have I converted you into a sequins lover yet?
And these? ...just in case there is someone out there who is more fun than me. (Hehe, sequin panties! I'm so mature.)
I do really love sequins! A touch of something sequin can really add some sparkle and fun to any outfit.

ReplyDeleteI'll admit this to you, I've been looking for sequin pants too, when I saw that post, I died. Those pants are SO CUTE! I'm actually looking at some sequin skirts at F21 and sequin shorts at charlotte russe. they're like $12.
I'm thisclose to buying it... it's hard not to.

ReplyDeleteI love when sequins are done in an unexpected way. I like a sequined party dress as much as the next girl, but I particularly like my sequins dressed down with a chambray shirt or some plaid. I think that's where sequins become very stylish.
ReplyDeleteI love me some sequins (and a couple of rhinestones tastefully applied). But once you've been a gymnast and glued billions of sequins and rhinestones onto hundreds of leotards... you just can't bring yourself to wear them in public. Sadly.
ReplyDeleteI love sequins as well. I have a sequin vintage dress, it's black with gold sequin wavy stripes. I was supposed to wear it last New Year's Eve, but I think I will rock it this time around. I also have a sequin skirt, two sequin tops, and a vintage jacket with all kinds of colorful sequins and embellishments. It's okay to be a sequin lady :)

ReplyDeleteMy 2011 wardrobe WILL include the perfect sequin blazer (probably black) and sequin tank/tee (any color other than black). And a few months ago I had in my hands (and on my feet for a few minutes) a gorgeous pair of bronze sequined Louboutins that I decided to return. They were gorgeous but SO HIGH (even for me) I decided to put the money toward a pair I know I would wear more often. It was a heartbreaking moment.
