In reference to Terri's comment - I rarely wear anything very short but love coloured tights with my knee length skirts (and with boots) as they give a subtle splash of colour to an outfit without being overbearing or in your face. MODELmumma
how could anyone not love coloured tights?! as a colour addict that I am, I used to buy and buy all colours but then I hardly ever got to wear any... but I can see myself doing that again... awww I miss my coloured tights!
So fun seeing the unique way each girl styles her outfits with the tights. I am big fan of tights probably because I love to wear dresses & it has been beyond cold in CA lately.

Elaine--I suspect your difficulty with colored tights is that many bloggers wear them to make up for the short length of a dress or skirt.
