Just Keep Spinning

9/30/2010

Evidence that I have worn this skirt all week...AKA Monday. I look like a back-up Glee dancer.

Chase was getting so tired of me spinning in my skirt while we took these pics. He didn't seem to mind the few times I flashed him though.

I love wearing white with blue. It might be because half of my closet is white and the other half blue. Not true but it would make getting dressed easier and much more boring. I thought I was so wild for combining the ruffle details from the shirt and skirt. That's like...three ruffles.

chhh if I had a skirt like that I'd be spinning in it all the time too!

Did you like the Britney Glee episode? I don't normally watch Glee... cause that's not my thing, but I did watch that one. I was pretty impressed with the blond girl's britney-fantasies and the guy who sang stronger, but wasn't a fan of that darker haired girl.

Twirly skirts are so fun and you look absolutely lovely! White and blue is just so classic together.

Hahaha, "he didn't mind when I flashed him a few times." Makes up for everything, yes? xD

I love that skirt, and it's circly indeed! <3 So very cute on you. My closet is half black, so I know the feeling of dominating colors in your wardrobe. xD

You look sweet and fresh and put-together - very "Rachel" from Glee :) in a good way :)

Well ... I guess I should delete my comment that started off with "Love your blog! Follow mine!!" Duly noted.

You flashed him!? I thought this was a family approved site ... I'm horrified. I'm really impressed by your $5 shoes. Every pair of $5 shoes I've ever bought fell apart shortly thereafter.

This is a super dumb question, but here I go: how do you get your pictures to show up side by side? I tried for HOURS last night (15 minutes) and couldn't figure it out. I then SMASHED my computer out of uncontrollable rage (turned it off) and wreaked HAVOC all over my neighborhood (slept soundly).

I have been inspired lately by full skirts, polo shirts, and a great belt. I can't figure out if its work appropriate, even though I pretty much have no dress code. But I have no excuse for not wearing it on the weekends. You look so pretty and preppy in this look!

Kimberley said...

Hee, how adorable are you. I, too, have a difficult time not spinning/dancing in skirts like that.

loving the full skirt Elaine, especially the flats...nothing can go wrong with that lovely skirt...and you can always wear that as long as you know how to mix and match which in your case is never a problem...you always get creative and that really inspires most of us....

I love your new place...and with your dancing photos...you do not need to be the Glee dancer...you can actually show them that you can be a superstar :D hahahaha!!!
