For a Meeting in General

9/27/2010

I've had this William Riera dress for a while. I wear his dresses all the time around the house but not very often for the blog. I wore it out on Saturday night for the General Relief Society Meeting. Wasn't it amazing? I just felt so spiritually enriched and nourished afterwards. If you missed it, you can catch excerpts and highlights here. Or if you want the whole thing, you can watch/read it here.

Earlier that day I had worn this. I was running late for the broadcast so I kept my accessories, threw on my purple dress, and put some waves in my already dirty, messy hair.

What a cute outfit. I wore pajamas because I just watched it on cable while sitting on our couch. I was somewhat disappointed to not be able to dress up for it... but then, what beats going to church while in the comfort of your own home wearing your pj's?! I loved the meeting, especially President Monson's talk at the end. I felt really spiritually uplifted too.
