I try to love my niece more than my laptop.

Thursday, June 24, 2010
My 12-year-old niece complained to me today that I was on the computer too much. Guilty. So in effort to be the cool aunt, this is going to be quick. This outfit was inspired by this J.Crew look. Their catalogs always make my knees buckle. ...or maybe it's the prices.

Today's also the last day to enter to win a Lime Ricki swimsuit. They're bright, colorful, and oh-so-cute! Plus, they have tummy control bottoms. I mean, seriously?? Where do I sign???

  2. That's a good aunt! But about the tummy control, you're the first person I've met who has planned ahead to get something like that before it's needed. You know, you're much more likely to need a flashlight! =)

    {I'm trying to turn flashlight references into a running joke}

  62. Haha that can happen, but at least you're a cool aunt as well? (maybe she needs to be older to appreciate it. all in good time.. haha)
    J. Crew indeed! It's also reminiscent of something Talbots (where I work) would style up as well (although I like your take better).
