Spring Sweater

4/29/2010

It snowed last night so naturally I wore a sweater to work, but I was dying!! I'm pretty sure I sweat buckets because it was so hot. Then I come outside and all the snow's gone. Oh, yeah. I also wore my faux leather jacket. Oh, Utah....you're like an ex-boyfriend I never want to remember again.

I'm so proud of my thriftastic outfit. Total? $23. Booyah. Should've worn this when it was colder though!

i really love that skirt. i should really invest in a sewing machine.

as for the weather, sounds like vancouver bc weather to me :p. i remember one day where there was rain, then sunshine, then hail, the sunshine... all in one hour.

That is a great sweater. I was going to joke that you are your hubby's "spring sweetie", but that's all year long! =)

Love the skirt with the boots. Adorable sweater too. This would be a perfect fall outfit! (I hope it gets cool enough in LA). (I'm wowed by your skirt skills! Pockets are so elusive to me).
Also, thanks for your comment today. I loved the idea of "too much culture." You're so right!

It's nice to know that you're almost leaving Utah =) Ex-boyfriends are a pain in the neck and this horrible weather too, haha. Here in the capital is very dry and hot, the sky is alwasy clean, but then, when I get at my work, clouds come from nowhere and it starts raining! Everyday is a mess :P

I hate it =/

Oh, I have good news, Alex and I are buying our wedding rings today! Hahaha, how cool is that?

xoxox, take care!

I am in love with that skirt. It's beautiful.

Utah weather sounds nearly identical to Colorado. We had snow yesterday morning and a relatively sunny afternoon. Sigh. So unpredictable.

Becca said...

How cool are the cheap outfits!? I wouldn't have guessed...but that's awesome. Do you have a lot of good thrift stores in Salt Lake City?
I really like this outfit!

Have a great Saturday!

Love all of this... even if you wore it because it snowed (ew, snow).

weather in utah sounds as schizophrenic as it is here in ohio... it was 80 degrees last week and over the weekend it was in the 50s... make up your mind! on the plus side, your sweater look delightfully warm and fuzzy!

It is so nice to see you promote modesty. I've been in the works of starting a modesty ministry blog with my best friend for MONTHS and have been researching a lot before we release it, but it is so nice to see other bloggers who are into it, because I don't know of many at all. You are lovely and I have looked through tons of your posts and love them!
