Salking

Monday, March 22, 2010
As a wife of an architecture student, we had to go to the Salk Institute. I wasn't as enthused about it as he was but at least he felt enlightened! ..and then he let me shop at Pacific Beach! But that's what marriage is about, isn't it? Compromise?? hahaha ;)

  42. Hi! I love the blog and your outfits are awesome! I think you do a great job of showing how to dress to impress but without showing off what's private.

However, I have one question - I've noticed that several pictures feature pants that are kind of tight and I was wondering how this plays into your idea of modesty? Is it just having skin covered or something else?

Just looking for clarification! You do an awesome job! thanks!

  43. both of the pics are great. i love the way your gray jeans and building in the background seem like they were made together!

  46. He's salking...you're sulking?

That last picture is too cool. It sounds like you ended up having a great day. And you are right. Compromise is the key.

I'm having to compromise and sell some of my clothes because I have thrifted so much that I had to ask my husband to move out of our closet. So, he has asked me to sell some of my stuff. You were one of my inspirations to start a shopping blog.

He sees it as a way to compromise...I see it as a way to make room for more stuff! ;)
