I don't care as long as I'm having fun

Thank you very much for all your advice. They are certainly things we should be living every day but always seem to forget at the most inconvenient times. But I made sure I remembered today when I got my pictures taken. and can definitely see and feel the difference.

Now I have to finish getting dinner ready because an old friend of mine is coming for dinner. I ran into her a few weeks ago on campus and I hadn't seen for two years! Don't you love that?!? We're having her and her husband over tonight so I'm a bit scatterbrained at the moment (and thanks to ANTM).

Love the combo of the denim jacket + white skirt. Oh and that colorful twist belt is a fun addition to the outfit!

About your previous post, I too have the same concern. That's why I rarely get my pictures taken outside coz I get too self-conscious. Working on it though. You on the other hand, should have everything to be proud of! =)

Dear Elaine. Thank YOU so much for your sweet comment on my blog :)
I was speechless when I saw it because I absolutely adore your blog (seriously, it's peaceful to come here after a day of work...) and I thought you were one of that ladies that never answer because actually you have lots of comments... and I would understand it!!!
But what you told me about your relationship and about me and mine, well, thank you really. I really appreciate it.

You are wonderful:)

xx from Madrid,
hope you have a nice week!

Hi elaine,

As you know I have a style blog haveacuteday.blogspot.com and regularly post pictures of myself on there, and I also don't like pictures of myself. strange. I am obsessed with taking pictures of my family (kjrst.blogspot.com) I feel more comfortable hiding behind the camera. I actually don't think I am pretty at all and wonder if that is why I am so into clothes, to over compensate? Anyway, I think you are beautiful and always seem so natural and composed in your shots. I love them. If you are at all struggling with confidence, it doesn't show. Also, I have never thought of myself as pretty so I have tried really hard to develop other talents, friendships, and loving others, this is where I draw my true strength from, not my appearence. All that being said, I am still a style junky and LOVE clothes, and expressing myself through them! Is that completely incomprehensible?

anyway, you're darling!
