Street Style #1

I am a lover of The Sartorialist like many of you and have been wanting to take pictures of great outfits I've seen except I'm not the outspoken type so it isn't easy for me. Let's hope I get better because it's nice to see some fresh off-the-street inspiration! Check out these fashionistas!

See!!! Boots are chic in the summer too! Especially with a great floral dress.

Love how she used primary colors to coordinate her outfit!

I love the sash Kassey used to belt her dress and her amazing bow shoes!

Doesn't Adrienne look so Audrey Hepburn-esque? So classy!

Pssst.... Check out my very first interview at Sensibly Styled!!! These girls need some credit for what they are doing. It is definitely not easy looking for modest clothes these days. If you're reading this....thank you!!

Sometimes I'm tempted to take photos of stylish girls on the street, but I'm always too shy.

I love this street style! Thanks for doing this, it's always so fun to check out other people's outfits! I adore all of them, they are so gorgeous!

Such great photos, Elaine!!! Looking forward to seeing more!

p.s. Love the outfit in your last post. And what a fab deal on your first (don't be so quick to say 'last' LOL) Gucci bag. At $3.99 they practically gave it away :) So glad you were the lucky one to snag it.

Hope you're having a great start to the week :)

These are really awesome photos! I would definitely take photos of people if I had the guts... I'm sure half would be incredibly flattered and the other half would be creeped out, haha.

You took those photos in SLC?! I am so impressed, both by your gumption and by the sweet styles people are rocking at home.

I love this post. I love seeing your outfits, but seeing new perspectives (modest ones at that) is always so refreshing. Keep it up!

So fun! I love all their outfits!! I've been thinking about doing this in Chicago, too. Did you just ask them if you could take their picture? Did you mention the blog? The shy side of my wants to do it clandestinely...

I totally have the boots that the first chick is wearing, they're just a darker shade of brown. I've worn mine in the summer, too! Love. The third girl down is definitely my fave look of all the ladies, though!! Glad you're incorporating street style. It's always been a fun thing I've loved doing on my blog as well :] And don't worry... it gets easier approaching people with practice!

Aw! Good for you! I've been wanting to do more street style posts, but I get shy about asking strangers, too. Thanks for the inspiration!

Yay! You did do a streetstyle post! It wasn't too bad to ask, was it? For me, it became easier after the initial person. I also found people were actually pretty flattered!

they're all very beautiful!

im glad im not the only one wearing boots during summer. i pair it with skirts and shorts and try to show some skin for my top (like a tank or bandeau).

hope you're having a great week!
