My Summer Staple

For this hot heat, the simplest way to stay cool is to wear a skirt. or a dress. If you haven't noticed, this is my only white skirt. So I'll be wearing it all summer. What is your summer staple?

Wearing Wet Seal scarf ($3), Downeast Basics white top (gift from my MIL), Wet Seal skirt ($10), thrifted belt ($2), secondhand wedges ($7).

So my creativity still seems to be lacking.. I wear repeats during my non-posting days. I know...I'm a cheater.. But the point of this blog is to utilize the clothes I already have, not adding to it! Except a few shopping trips were necessary in my opinion...

  10. my summer staple are t-shirts and skirts! Especially when it's so hot outside the last thing I feel like doing is being constricted. Definitely don't feel bad about wearing pieces over again, I do it all the time and at least we're not up to our ears in debt because we keep buying a new outfit every day, right? LOL. I love love the scarf you're wearing!

  12. omg ewww, I know exactly what you're talking about when you said you got a really bad rash from your booggie board! >_< That's happened to me once from using my cousin's board. Luckily my dad bought my sister and I these really nice boogie boards with a plastic covering so that the foam doesn't rub against our tummies.

  18. Love the all white with that pop of colour. My staple has been my blazers, summer in Toronto always gets chilly at night - or in the day - it just depends, LOL.

    My summer staple is not so much a summer thing, but just a staple in general. It is this vintage brown belt that I seriously wear every single day (well, I have to wear scrubs during the week, but whenever I am not in my scrubs)! I have tried other belts, but I just can't wear any other one!
